605 Designs is honored to share our passion for landscape design with you!
Below I hope to guide you through my process of bringing your landscape dreams into reality!
Brief Outline of the Design Process:
1) Consultation

2) Hardscape/Pool Concept Plan is sent to the client for review. The client has 3 business days to return all questions, comments, and requests for revision.

3) Revisions to the Hardscape/Pool Plan
​
4) Addition of Plantings/Lighting/etc. to design and submitted to the client
5) Final revisions, if needed.
The Process is Very Simple
I schedule a one-hour on-site consultation to meet with you, see the site, and gain an in-depth understanding of your landscape goals.

During the consultation, I take measurements and pictures of the site. After this meeting, an estimate for the design concept package and rendering can be quoted.
Proposals are usually available within 48 hours of our appointment.
The consultation fee is $125.00, made payable on the day of the consultation.
A deposit of 50% of the design places your design in the queue, and the final balance is due when the design is electronically delivered.

Also, please note that the current concept design turnaround time is 7-10 business days from the date of the design deposit.
